Refund Policy – If an item is damaged and you would like a refund or new item please e-mail a photo to merchandise@backcountryhunters.org. Refund will be processed once the items is received.
Delivery Policy – Orders usually arrive between 3 and 10 business days.
Return/Exchange Policy – If you are not satisfied with your BHA purchase you may return the product within 60 days of purchase date for a refund. Items must be unworn and in sellable condition. If requesting an exchange, please contact merchandise@backcountryhunters.org Customers are responsible for shipping the returned/exchanged item.
Cancellation Policy – Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting merchandise@backcountryhunters.org.
